Our office has had many transactions with Marc Jappaya. He has always been quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we may have. He also has great communication with the lenders and realtors involved in the particular transaction, staying on top of any potential issues or problems that would or could delay the closing. Cannot speak highly enough of Marc & Lincoln Capital Funding! I shopped around for rates (which I highly recommend!). Marc was able to not only get me the best rate and lower closing costs compared to competitors, but answered all my questions about early principal payments, biweekly payments, etc. He even contacted the seller's agent to advocate for me as a buyer. We knew what kind of loan we wanted, we just needed a mortgage broker that would help us find the right fit.
